Oh Jordi. We are heartbroken 💔
You were the most ridiculous and annoying woodland kangaroo creature I’ve ever met. You tested our patience, disrupted our sleep, terrorized boxes and anything that drove passed the finca. You always found the sunniest/comfiest/warmest spot. You were ready for any adventure, whether that was climbing a mountain or driving to Mercadona. You won everyone over, especially people who said they didn’t like dogs, with your cheeky charm and Disney eyes. You were the best cuddled up in bed reading companion ever. You were with us from the very start of our new finca life and it feels so empty without you. we miss you so so much. ♥️♥️♥️

There something incredibly powerful about being ab

There something incredibly powerful about being able to be peacefully quiet with other people.

This retreat offers space to explore the practice of mauna - silence - collectively.

This is not a day without any guidance, or eye contact or smiles or sharing. But it is a time without the normal pressures of polite conversation and chit chat, a time to focus on our thoughts, connect with our bodies and explore the offerings of yoga toolkit to find our drishti (our gaze/ attenion) without distractions.

The day will involve some gentle walking, an opportunity for mountain river swimming for those who wish, time on the yoga mat, a nourishing veggie lunch and space to write, concentrate and reflect.

No previous experience of yoga required- all you need is you as you are.

Places are limited to create a cosy and intimate day, please send me a message to book or with any questions.

I cannot wait to share the first of these special drishti retreats with you.

Monday morning yin nest 🪺 I really love starting the week with a slow, steady mindful practice. It feels like it helps to create space for the week ahead, to digest, process and prepare.
